Parent Information

Annually, every player must register with the North Texas Region and must also register through the Select Set Volleyball web site.

Parents must also register with Select Set Volleyball, but do not have to register with the North Texas Region. For more information, contact Jay Carradine at 940-271-2124.

Committing to Select Set Volleyball

Parents: This section contains a general information package about our club, our payment contract and the payment schedules for each level within our club.

General Club Information

Please review the general information package as it provides the basic information about Select Set Volleyball. To commit to play in our club, we need the signed contract with an attached copy of your payment plan. If you are unsure of the level your son or daughter will play, complete the club or regional payment plan and we will adjust later as needed.

Payment Contract

This contract is for the payment of fees between the parent and Nortex Sports, LLC. (dba: Select Set Volleyball Club). Parents are required to have this form completed and signed, in order for their child to participate in Select Set Volleyball Club.
